Growth Groups

There are 2 growth groups in Mississauga, 3 in Oakville (including a 20's growth group), and 2 in Toronto (see www.nlife.ca for Toronto Growth Group info). Please contact the church office for times and places.

 Growth Group Questions:

Icebreaker: Have you ever come close to death?

 Reading: Romans 6:1-18

 1) What do you think it means "Consider yourself, reckon yourself, count yourself dead to sin" ?

2) The passage has a 'now but not' yet feel, what has been completed in our dealings with sin and what on going influence does sin have in our lives?

3) Why do christians still sin when they have been released from it's power? (Dragging Charlie)

4) How do we handle sin's influence in our lives if we want our lives to glorify God?

5) We are told not just to consider ourselves dead to sin but also that we are alive to God. How do we present ourselves alive to God?
